Basic Information

SOLAR-ERA.NET Cofund will focus on solar power technologies covering both photovoltaics (PV) and concentrating solar power (CSP) / solar thermal electricity according to the set-up of the Solar Europe Industry Initiative as part of the Strategic Energy Technology (SET) Plan.

Aim of the joint call	SOLAR-ERA.NET Cofund will bring together 15 national organisations owning and / or managing major solar power research and innovation programmes throughout Europe, covering photovoltaics (PV) and concentrating solar power (CSP). The network of national and regional funding agencies should increase transnational cooperation between R&D and innovation programmes and contribute to the implementation of the Strategic Energy Technologies (SET-) Plan through specific transnational activities (especially joint calls).
