Structured Consultation of Member States via the Shadow Configuration of the Strategic Programme Committee

This consultation is part of the strategic coordinating process for European Partnerships that will be launched under Horizon Europe, with the (Shadow) Strategic Programme Committee as the single entry point for the structured and early consultation of Member States, providing advice. The objective is to ensure transparent and evidence-based selection of partnerships rationalising the landscape and maximising their impacts. It complements the strategic planning of Horizon Europe, ensuring a coherent overall approach.
