Project Topic	The project will deliver a complete novel robotic solution to automate the surface finishing of complex metal parts, which is currently performed by manual grinding. The solution will include a robotic cell integrating real-time process control to guarantee surface quality including companion software for accurate process simulation and trajectory optimization to minimize setup time and increase flexibility. A prototype will be manufactured for system validation in a relevant environment.
