Project Topic	The ToTEM consortium will develop a novel laboratory benchtop instrument for the 3D mapping of both skin internal structure as well as the tissue microenvironment composition over time. ToTEM will embed a state-of-the-art 3D skin imaging instrument, and the M-Duo technology, which is the only technology currently available for in situ continuous sampling of the skin interstitial fluid with a mm3 resolution, up to 4 weeks. We will showcase the ToTEM platform with in vitro grown melanoma on chip.
