| Project Topic | We will deliver a validated prototype bioreactor (SCINUS) for scalable manufacturing of cell therapy (CT) products. Key objectives are: developing a disposable bioreactor container for culture of non-adherent cells and enhanced SCINUS cell culture sensing capabilities, process management and analytics, and validating SCINUS by optimizing production of a batch of mesenchymal stromal cells (MSCs) for treatment of type-1 diabetes at a clinical scale, and induced stem cells (iPSCs) at lab-scale. |
