| Project Topic | We will make custom, inexpensive cancer diagnostics, allowing for better and individualized treatment of all cancer patients by the sensitive monitoring of cancer specific mutations in the blood. The deliverables will be 1) a novel and selective circulating tumor DNA (ctDNA) purification method from blood, 2) Patient specific, ready-to-use diagnostic assay developed for clinical laboratory measurements of patient's cancer progression from blood samples and delivered in less than four weeks. |
