Project: Multi-material additive manufacturing (AM) bio-inkjet platform for tissue engineering.

Acronym CHIRON (Reference Number: 114399)
Duration 01/01/2021 - 01/01/2024
Project Topic CHIRON will create and validate a bio-inkjet platform (3D printer ArmadilloBio and biomaterials) for research, and later clinical use. CHIRON will enable patterning of a portfolio of biomaterials, matrices, and cells with high spatiotemporal resolution, with osteochondral tissue as demonstrator cases. CHIRON will be the first 3D bio-inkjet platform to create a wide range of truly complex biomimetic tissue micro- and macro-environments with unprecedented speed and resolution.
