Project Topic	The C-LITE project will develop, validate, and bring to the market, novel reagents and calibrators for serum free light chain (sFLC) turbidimetric assays that can be run on open clinical turbidimetric platforms. Current sFLC immunoturbidimetric assays are known to have considerable analytical issues related to specificity, sensitivity, linearity, and lot-to-lot and interanalyzer variation. Our goal is to overcome these analytical issues.
