| Project Topic | HMO4all will make human milk oligosaccharides (HMO) accessible, affordable and available for a broad range of nutrition products for a variety of health-related food products focused on customers with weak immune system (especially infants but also elderly). It will deliver a bio-based glycosylation platform for production of glycosylated products by in vitro biocatalysis, driven by a highly efficient cofactor recycling system. This will replace current fermentative GMO-based processes. |
