| Project Topic | We propose a system for subliminal neuromodulation and home-transitioned, upper-limb motor rehabilitation system for stroke patients. It will combine measurements of brain activity and kinematics to control electrical stimulation of the paralyzed muscles and a virtual rehabilitation scenario, and will be able to be set up by a patient living alone. At the end of the project we will deliver a validated prototype, tested by 10 stroke patients, ready to start a Phase II clinical trial. |
