Project Topic	The project aims at developing and optimising surface treatment methodologies for high performance thermoplastics (HPTP). Pre-treatment methods are crucial since they will allow a good adherence between substrate and coatings/conductive paints. It is important to achieve good adhesion without damaging the material. Pre-treatments to be developed will include chemical (etching, swelling,…) and physical (laser, plasma, blasting, sand, …) and will be cost-effective and REACH compliant.
