Project: A 3D-culture platform for in-vitro preclinical Screening of Immunotherapies.

Acronym 3D-SCREEN (Reference Number: 113869)
Duration 01/06/2020 - 01/12/2023
Project Topic This consortium will revolutionize in-vitro preclinical screening of novel immunotherapy candidates by delivering a 3D-tumour culturing platform (3D-SCREEN) that combines latest advances in co-culturing of cancer and immune cells. By leveraging high-throughput 3D-culturing and imaging, along with a comprehensive profiling of expressed proteins and immune cell populations, 3D-SCREEN allows a functional screen of immunotherapy efficacy combined with mechanistic insights for the observed effect.
