Project Topic	The project is focused on the obtention of a new line of organic sulphite-free wines (rosé & white sweet wines), which will be supported on a novel concept of glass bottles implementing UV-filtering transparent & colourless sol-gel coatings deposited by spraying. These coatings will provide the extra-protection required by these UV-sensitive products, also applicable on glass packages for agrofood or the cosmetic industry. Novel organic wines and protective coating formulations will be delivered
