| Project Topic | Develop passive two-phase cooling technology with a novel combination of thermosyphon and pulsating heat pipe cooling loops targeting datacenter racks and servers. Nearly all waste heat will be removed by these two passive cooling processes, reducing energy consumption compared to air-cooling systems by 90% (or higher). We will develop a new thermal/fluid flow simulation software to design these cooling systems, fabricate and test them on fully operational racks for demonstration to our clients. |
