| Project Topic | Triboconditioning is a unique surface treatment process that minimizes both friction losses and wear of treated components. In TRIBO ANS will develop the process to be integrated in the same machine cell used for pre-machining, establishing a “one station process”. This will be done by tool, process fluid and process control development. The results will be verified in pilot production and customer tests proving friction benefits, improved component performance at minimized production costs. |
