Project: Guaranteed geometric topology 4D reconstruction from IMU/GNSS/LIDAR and drone/close range imaging

We propose in this project, to create a new survey instrument and new algorithms able to capture the geometry of the objects and, automatically, obtain their 3D/4D geometric topology in real time and save it in a data structure in the most compact way. Therefore, the measurements registered will be used to generate directly the objects in full topology vector format (decomposing them as unions of manifolds), optimizing the quality of the results and opening the market for many uses and users.
