Project: Development of a Rad-Hard Mixed-Signal Library for Commercialization of Space Qualified ICs
The general objective of the project is to achieve the necessary microelectronics technology for the competitive development and commercialization of radiation hardened (rad-hard) mixed-signal components (analogue and digital) for their application in space. Therefore, the project will deliver a space-qualified mixed-signal rad-hard library, composed by a set of analogue and digital IPs, based on the European technology SGB25RH from IHP Microelectronics.
