The European Commission, DG RTD, and ERA-LEARN co-organised the third edition of the Partnership Stakeholder Forum “20 Years of European Partnerships: Reflecting on the Past – Shaping the Future” in Brussels on 04 and 05 December 2024. The report aims to provide a strong and continuously evolving evidence base to guide the implementation of European Partnerships throughout their life cycle and to inform strategic discussions on the new policy approach to European Partnerships in Horizon Europe.

The Annual Report on Public-Public Partnerships 2023 provides an acknowledgement and celebration of 20 years of Public-to-Public Partnerships, reflecting on how they have developed and grown over the last 20 years and the wider impact they have had. It also highlights the work of ERA-LEARN during 2023 and provides an updated picture of the evolving P2P landscape in relation to calls, committed budgets and transnational projects.

For more than 10 years, we have aquired know-how and experience within the partnership community to develop a set of manuals and recommended procedures for the implementation of calls and other joint endeavours.
