Eligibility Check

Eligibility checks must be carried out according to criteria defined at the transnational network level as well as at the national/regional levels . They should be completed before the proper evaluation phase. 

The eligibility check will take into account the eligibility of the individual applicants and the eligibility of the proposal as a whole.

Eligibility criteria could cover the following:

• Deadline: were all requested documents submitted in time?
• Applicants: Are the involved project participants formally eligible according to the national/regional criteria as well as the overall criteria of the Joint Call?
• Proposal: Is the proposal structure eligible (size and structure of project consortium, duration and costs of project)? Is the scope of the call correctly addressed by the proposal and in conformity with the definitions of the call text?
