ERA-NET Cofund: reporting

General information

The reporting requirements are defined in the Grant Agreement signed with the EC. The reporting towards the EC is done electronically via the Participant Portal.

• First periodic report - availability of funds

• Continuous reporting -deliverables

• Final periodic report - financial statement

Data Collection

ERA-LEARN is providing a template for the information on each selected project.

• a template for the collection of project data from co-funded calls and additional calls- as well as calls generated from other types of networks e.g. FP7, JPIs, self-sustained networks (updated 2020). Note, the completed template can be sent at any time to: office@era-learn.eu or hayley.welsh@optimat.co.uk

Not all of the data collected in this template will be visible on the ERA-LEARN website. The data related to budgets and contact information will remain confidential and will be used for aggregated analysis for the annual report and for other specific analysis by the European Commission.
