Webinar on Monitoring & Evaluation of Partnerships

Webinar focusing on the requirements for preparing the BMR 2024 intended for those involved or interested in monitoring and evaluation/impact assessment of European Partnerships.

ERA-LEARN hosted a webinar to familiarise partnerships and member state officials with the requirements for preparing the BMR 2024 building on the guidelines (2nd Interim Report) of the Expert Group on support to the Strategic Coordination Process that prepared the BMR 2022.

Target Group: the workshop was intended for those involved or interested in monitoring and evaluation/impact assessment of European Partnerships. These may be officers in the partnerships themselves or public officials in funding and other organisations supporting the partnerships’ programmes.

Clarification: This webinar was practically an update to the webinar held in October 2022. The topic of data transfer (covered by the ERA-LEARN webinar in June 2022) was not addressed.

Timing: 18 September, 13:00 – 16:00 (CET)

Aim of the workshop:

Capitalising on the experiences of the individual partnerships and the common monitoring and evaluation framework of Horizon Europe,
the workshop aimed at:

  • establishing common understanding of the requirements of the new monitoring and evaluation framework of partnerships under Horizon Europe
  • offering participants and member state officials a hands-on experience in designing and advancing their monitoring and evaluation framework in view of positioning this into the overall M&E framework.
