ERA.Net RUS

Linking Russia to the ERA: Coordination of Member States/Associated Countries S&T programmes towards and with Russia

Basic Information

Description

ERA.Net RUS is an ERA-NET project funded by the European Community within the 7th Framework Programme for Research and Technological Developement (FP7). ERA-NETs aim at enhancing coordination of national or regional research programmes in the EU Member States (MS) and Associated Countries (AC) to FP7 in order to overcome the fragmentation of the European Research Area (ERA).

As an international ERA-NET, ERA.Net RUS aims at strengthening and intensifying the S&T cooperation between Russia and the ERA. This will be achieved by a systematic exchange of information, the establishment of joint funding programmes and several accompanying measures.

ERA.Net RUS is targeted at stakeholders at policy and programme level, the research community and industry.
