ERA-LEARN 2025-2026 Activity Overview
ERA-LEARN has published its 2025-2026 Activity Overview, "Reflections on an Evolving European Partnership Landscape". Drawing on activities spanning 2025 and early 2026, the report consolidates insights from stakeholder discussions, analytical work, workshops, guidance documents and country-level analysis.
This report examines the evolving landscape of European Partnerships under Horizon Europe and its implications for the EU research and innovation system. European Partnerships now constitute a core component of EU research and innovation policy, a status the sector widely recognises. Meanwhile, the partnership system enters a new phase, shifting focus from creating new initiatives towards coherence, strategic positioning, implementation and long-term sustainability.
