NPP IV: Research Projects in the field of Energy Research

Basic Information

7 European Funding Agencies and the Departement of Science and Technology (India) are participating the fourth New INDIGO call on Energy, focusing on: - Smart Grids - New Energy Materials. This call funds research projects of three years involving at least two European partners and one Indian partner. The minimum funding per partner/per project is 150 000 euros. Applications may be submitted by academics, higher education institutions and / or non-university research establishments. SMEs are also eligible depending on national regulations. The call is open from 8th May 2013 to 23 August 2013.

Aim of the joint call The aim of the NPP is to fund high quality research collaborative projects involving European and Indian researchers, and at the same time to lay the basis for continuous STI cooperation and enhanced joint funding programmes between Europe and India on a trans-national level.
