| Project Topic | We propose to establish a platform for preclinical and clinical human cancer drugs evaluation in pet dog’s model. Innovative tools will be added to the platform already set up by OCR: canine immune cells phenotyping, circulating tumor cells enumeration and characterisation, and canine primary cell cultures panels to allow early proof of concept studies and assessment of immune modulating therapies. This approach will optimize the selection of drugs for parallel human and canine clinical trials. |
