Project Topic	If a training is too difficult and the trainees learn nothing, if it is too easy they will be bored. We want to create a new solution for trainers which will make their courses much more effective. The cognitive workload of the trainees will be measured so that the training can be adjusted for optimal learning. The goal is to develop systems which are able to optimize learning effectiveness by providing the right amount of demand, yet avoiding unproductive overload.
