Project Topic	This project intends to fill a critical void in the veterinary diagnostic on-the-go toolbox by providing an array of species-specific point-of-care (POC) tests. The POC tests developed will be cost-effective, robust, portable, easy-to-use, rapid and quantitative; requiring minimal invasive sample collection and are all to be analysed on the same handheld device. To further give the veterinarian a portable veterinary clinic, results are to be transferred wireless to a journal software.
