| Project Topic | The outcome of AlCoat is an ultrathin, corrosion protective coating on aluminium heat exchangers (HEs), which protects the material and yet allows heat transfer. RadiSurf’s newly developed nanoprimer technology ensures strong adhesion between aluminium and a thin corrosion protective coating, and will revolutionize the material strategy for applications such as HEs. The project will deliver a fully implemented coating process of aluminium plate HEs, which is only the first target market. |
