Project: Tunable Power Amplifier Module

TuPA is a Tunable Power Amplifier project aimed at delivering a fully integrated CMOS-based Power Amplifier (PA) Module that will tune to all cell phone bands between 700 and 2700MHz. It will consist of one CMOS PA chip (made by ACCO with improved frequency coverage) and one tunable capacitor chip (made by CK with improved capacitor ratio and switching time), which will be placed on a substrate on which a new concept of high-Q inductor will be developed (by ACCO).
