Project: Stabilizing flavor and extending shelf life of beer through a new adsorption technique

In this project a new adsorber will be developed that can stabilize the flavour of beer by removing oxidative metals from the beverage. The development will focus on the adsorption capacity, selectivity, adsorber stability, reusability, and ease of integration into existing brewery production processes. The resulting adsorber will be the first of its kind to stabilize the flavor consistency of beer in an economic feasible manner.
