Project: New technology for high efficiency LEDs- and laser-modules for solid state lighting applications
The objective is the development of a new technology for a defined structuring of single crystal material and the development of energy efficient and high intensity LED- and laser-light engine modules. For higher energy efficiency and light intensity enhancement, we will develop a new single crystal luminophore with optimized optical properties for the next generation of white light illumination systems. Furthermore new laser process for structuring of luminophore material is to be developed.
