Project: High performance scanner for digital and analogue data reconstruction from photosensitive medium
The consortium will develop a high performance scanning device, allowing to reconstruct digital and analog data from photosensitive medium at extremely high speed and superior oversampling rates. Special focus is given to sophisticated data reconstruction algorithms and supportive sensors for improved read-back rates. In addition a special reference pattern printer for production of reference standards for qualification of high speed image processing systems will be developed and prototyped.
