Project: Development of the Compton Camera for a high-added-value commercial use
We will develop, test and validate a Novel Product, i.e. Gamma-Ray camera for localization, identification and visualization of radioactivity in the environment, indoors and outdoors in real-time based on the Compton effect in cadmium zinc telluride (CZT). The ComptonVision camera will utilize combination of the Compton Camera and the Coded Aperture in a breakthrough approach.
