Project: Upgrading post-consumer PET by using thermally activated crosslinking agents
The project aims to develop crosslinked rPET (recycled polyethylene terephthalate) based foam to be used as a core material for composite structures. Deliverables will be a protected formulation of crosslinkable recycled PET for foam manufacturing, test material from pilot testing and one full scale test batch for the evaluation at potential customers.
