Project Topic The purpose of this project is to develop a next-generation 3D-printer which allows mild and high-precision 3D-printing of high value medical grade polymers by using pressurized CO2 as a clean and effective plasticizer. This project will deliver a game-changing and market-ready 3D-printing equipment (CO2PRINT) that unlike state-of-the-art polymer 3D-printers will process polymers at reduced temperatures (<<Tm) and allows addition of APIs into the polymer printing ink.
