Electric Mobility I

Aim of the joint call Main challenge is how to get from a strategic policy vision to a vision on actual implementation. First question for realising a viable market is how to create demand for the products involved. This is where policy development and policy measures come into the picture. Since the electrification of transport is a European development, international cooperation is a necessity if we are to reach the ambitious targets for 2020. This means that the development of policies and policy measures shouldn’t happen in national isolation, but together, meaning in the EU, and in trans-national cooperation. This call has two concrete objectives 1. To provide a handbook for the implementation of electric mobility policies. 2. To provide a report containing the most relevant Electric Mobility end-user groups in Europe together with their specific needs as well as the integration of E-mobility into the whole Transport system.
