ESS developed by JÜLICH (DE)

JÜLICH is involved in many ERA-NETs and  ERA-NET COFUNDs for which it provides the ESS. Apart from the default system, JÜLICH has vast experience in adapting specific solutions far beyond the usually requested core-functions (e.g. partnering site, monitoring system, etc.). Modifications are done by in-house personnel and/or by subcontractors (according to the required skills).

For applicants to a call, the ESS provides:

• Information about the call, deadlines, call documents and the funders
• Partner search
• Online submission of proposals with flexible configurations and/or modifications depending on the call (single-/double-stage(s) )
• Additional functions: finance table, work packages incl. Gantt chart
• Rebuttal after evaluation
• Reporting for funded projects

For the call office:

• Administration of applicants, funders and evaluators
• Overview of proposals during submission phase
• Overview/Export of the submitted data of eligibility results, evaluation results, rapporteur reports, rebuttal results, reporting

For funders:

• Online eligibility check
• Overview/Export eligibility results, evaluation results, rapporteur reports, rebuttal results, reporting

For evaluators / rapporteurs

• Online expert reviews of proposals by modifiable evaluation forms
• Online report for rapporteurs
