Submission
Usually a proposal is submitted to the call secretariat by the RTD project coordinator on behalf of the project consortium. This proposal will be evaluated according to the evaluation system set up by the network.
It might be required that, for legal reasons, one or more of the involved agencies receive an additional, separate national/regional application. This could be the same proposal or a short online application in the national language, or an additional form etc.
These national/regional requirements should be explicitly stated in the guidelines for applicants.
