Study on Horizon 2020 partnerships available

The study “Increased coherence and openness of European Union research and innovation partnerships” carried out by the Technopolis group was commissioned to support the EU Council discussions on the interim evaluation of Horizon 2020 during the Estonian Presidency.

The study analysed the rationale and functioning of the Horizon 2020 partnership instruments in view of their ability to produce European added value. Seven recommendations for improving the transparency and openness of partnerships were given.
