| Project Topic | We will develop and produce 1) a cold-active/heat-labile ligase that will enable 2) a new type of kit that allows the synthesis automation of large and complex genomes, at lower cost. The kit chemistry will be validated with the production of 3) synthetic cancer gene(s). The ligase is the key enabler for optimized workflows in high-throughput application in Next Generation Sequencing and Synthetic Biology, opening for many new applications from cancer vaccines to industrial production organisms. |
