| Project Topic | Organoids are the future of 3D cell culture, and can transform healthcare by enabling precision medicine. Due to a lack of optimal 3D scaffolds, the use of organoids is limited. HYDRO will create and validate the NovioPODS platform for organoids by integrating NCell’s mechanically adaptive hydrogels with CellGS technology that allows for spatiotemporal control of growth factor release (Fig1,2). NovioPODS will be the first 3D platform that creates a truly biomimetic cellular microenvironment. |
