Project: New CERamic sputtering targets manufactured by SPS using tailored powders for TCO COATing deposition
The CerCoat project aims at manufacturing: - novel tailored complex oxide powders synthesized by industrial spray pyrolysis , in order to produce - cost-effective, reliable and nodule-free indium-tin-oxide (ITO) and aluminum-doped-zinc-oxide (AZO) sputtering targets by Spark Plasma Sintering (SPS) manufacturing process, to be used for - developping innovative transparent conductive oxide (TCO) thin films to be applied on CIGS solar cells and locomotive windscreens.
