Project: iSea - Intelligent telematics and safety solution for sea vessels.

iSea will deliver a set of Expert Decision Support Systems (EDSS) for enhancing the performance and navigability of vessels (Fig.1 – Annex). An innovative low-cost and low-risk vessel telematics solution that allows real-time transfer of crucial data from vessel to shore will enable the development of the novel EDSS. The main goals are: (1) to increase vessels’ fuel efficiency at open waters, and (2) facilitate shore e-navigation and reducing the human errors, especially in difficult waters.
