Project: Synthetic scaffolds for peptide stabilization and drug delivery

We want to develop a general peptide-stabilizing tool. We will construct multi-functional chemical scaffolds that can incorporate and stabilize peptides and can deliver biological and chemical drugs inside and outside cells. The constructs will be tested as an affinity reagent for antibody Fc binding and as a therapeutic peptide delivery agent. We will deliver a proof of concept for both agents and develop the reagent into a product for capturing monoclonal antibodies.
