Project: Innovative 600kWe Organic Rankine Cycle turbine prototype for glass, steel and cement factories

E*Zephyr 600 will design, manufacture, test and install in an industrial environment, a 600 kWe Organic Rankine Cycle (ORC) prototype adapted to any kind of Waste Heat Recovery (WHR) system for Glass, Steel and Cement factories. The project will develop: 1) Heat exchangers adapted to fumes composition and temperature for each of the 3 factories’ categories targeted; 2) An ORC unit that will be usable for the different applications.
