Project: Heart Observation Mobile Electronics

We will develop an electronic medical system to prevent heart failure (HF) decompensation in chronic heart failure patient. This system will include a multi sensors patch connected to a tablet powered by a specific monitoring and educational algorithm. It will monitor patient at home after hospitalization in order to reduce their hospitalization duration, to prevent short term readmission, and to develop self-empowerment of the patient.
