| Project Topic | FructoChem’s goal is to develop an innovative, robust, scalable and above all cheap process for the manufacturing of a high purity fructose (>99%) from sucrose. Annikki (At) will develop an IP protected process based on a one-pot, multiple redox-enzyme mediated conversion that will not require any extensive separation. Consecutively Cosun (NL) will build a pilot plant to supply the chemical industry with (pre-commercial) samples to facilitate their value chain development (s. Figure 1, annex). |
