Example questionnaire

Concerted questionnaire for standardized data collection about national programmes, overall Biotech landscape, enablers and barriers for transnational calls and best practice for common calls.

Guidance

Please fill in one form for the questions on "National level" and "Organization level" and one form for each programme you want to describe. If information is not available or not relevant for the given question, please state "not available" or "not relevant". If there are questions that do not exactly fit to your individual case or you have difficulties to answer them, please explain why this is the case.

Please feel free to insert your personal comments wherever needed. In order to enable an electronic/semi automated data analysis we would like to ask you to fill the answers to the questions directly in the word document. If you should find missing points, don't hesitate to contact us.

All answers will only be used for the purpose of EUROTRANS-BIO. The information will be made accessible exclusively to partners in the EUROTRANS-BIO ERA-NET and will not be made publicly available.

The collected information is the foundation of the work made during the EUROTRANS-BIO project, so please devote sufficient amount of your time to answering the questions thoroughly.

Please send the entire document back to one of the above mentioned e-mail addresses.
